This tiny size is a super option for your 2nd/3rd position, only possible in 1th position for very small size ears. 
SIZE GUIDE: This style is really very smal, supposed to have a tight fit diagonally on the earlobe, will look super cool with none or very little free space under. 
Be sure to check length if it will work for you, as length from pin to end of ear inside is only 5mm.
