Order confirmation

Shortly after your purchase has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation on email including delivery details such as tracking id in order to track your shipment. If your order is out of stock we will contact you within 1-3 working days after order placement.

Payment

We accept Dankort (Danish citizens only), and all cards with a Visa/Mastercard logo. Payment will be debited your card upon dispatch of the order, without adding any sales related fees. All transactions are processed through a secured online payment gateway.

Complaints

The OTHMAR online store is acting under the guidelines given by the National Consumer Agency. That means you can make a complain about the deficiencies of the product which occurred within 24 months of purchase. It does not apply to defects, damage or wear caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear. For complaints, etc. please contact us by phone +45 3332 3305 or shop@othmar.dk.

OTHMAR does not usually cover the shipping costs of complaints. We recommend that you send complaints, etc. with a trackable delivery method with insurance. If you wish to complain about your purchase, we hope that at any given time you will contact us before you do anything else. We will always aim to find good solution for both parties. Ordrebekræftelse

Kort efter din bestilling vil du modtage en ordrebekræftelse per email. Når din ordre er afsendt, vil du modtage en forsendelses email med leveringsdetaljer herunder tracking kode, så du kan følge din forsendelse. Hvis din vare er udsolgt vil du få besked indenfor 1-3 dage efter bestilling.

Betaling

Du kan betale med Dankort, samt diverse Visa og Mastercards. Betaling trækkes først når varen afsendes. Der pålægges ikke gebyr for kortbetalinger, og betaling foregår gennem sikker kryptering. Du kan også betale via bankoverførsel til:

Reklamationer

OTHMAR webshop handler under købeloven og under de retningsliner der er givet af forbrugerstyrelsen. Reklamationer foregår efter købelovens regler. Det betyder, at du kan klage over fejl og mangler ved varen, som er opstået indenfor 24 måneder efter købet. Det gælder dog ikke for fejl, skader eller slidtage som skyldes forkert brug, manglende vedligeholdelse eller almindeligt slid, (herunder slidt forgyldning etc). Ved reklamation kontakt os venligst på telefon +45 3332 3305 eller på shop@othmar.dk. OTHMAR dækker normalt ikke forsendelsesomkostningerne på reklamationer. Vi anbefaler at du sender reklamationer mv med tracking kode samt kvittering for modtagelse.
